How My Style Of Coaching Works

Sessions can be face to face, via telephone or via Skype, depending on your location &/or time commitments.  Each session is for 1 hour (approximately) & is based on the staged programme that is relevant to your needs.  Support calls are for 15 mins. & take place in between coaching sessions. I call you.  Internet support is via email & is for quick, simple questions in between coaching sessions & support calls.  You are not alone.  If you want support during your programme, it's there, if you would rather manage on your own, that's OK too.

The IVY work life balance COACHING Programme has been designed by me, Ann Wootton, to improve your Work Life Balance.  It’s all here for you; all you need to do is make a personal investment.  Each module interconnects with the other for a 'Mix & Match' programme tailored to suit you, enabling you be more effective at what you do; less stressed about what you don’t do; so creating more time for what you want  to do.

I use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in coaching sessions to help you achieve your Work Life Balance. Most of our habits are learnt & 'unlearning' them can take time & effort.  NLP uses techniques that speed up the process dramatically.

There is work for you to do between the Coaching sessions. It doesn't all happen in the sessions as you need to practice the skills you will learn.  The more you embrace your Coaching Practice, the better the results.
